Razumovsky Construction LLC is a residential general contractor in Portland, Oregon (Oregon CCB #182566). Aleksey “Aleks” Razumovsky founded the company in 2008 and still manages every job himself. We serve the Portland metro area, from Gresham to Hillsboro and south to Salem, including Lake Oswego.
Aleks came to the United States as a refugee in 1989. He started in carpentry in 1999 and went on to earn two bachelor’s degrees in business from Portland State University.
He founded Razumovsky Construction LLC in 2008 and still personally manages every project, from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
We are mostly residential, with some light commercial. We have completed remodels in Sellwood-Moreland, Northwest Portland, Eastmoreland and Laurelhurst.
