Concrete Foundations & Flatwork in Portland

Razumovsky Construction LLC builds concrete foundations (slab, crawl space and basement) and pours driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios and pool decks, including stamped and decorative concrete, for homes in the Portland area. We also excavate with our own equipment, so one contractor handles the dig, the forms and the pour. Owner Aleks Razumovsky manages every job.

Overview

A solid foundation is the most critical part of any structure. Everything else sits on it.

Concrete isn’t just about pouring. Good work starts with soil and drainage, then accurate forms, steel reinforcement and careful finishing and curing.

Because we excavate with our own equipment, the dig, the forms and the pour stay with one crew. For stamped and decorative concrete, we talk through pattern, color and upkeep before you decide.
