Overview

Every strong building starts with strong preparation.

Excavation is the first step in almost every building project. A poorly prepared site can lead to foundation cracks, drainage problems or shifting soil later.

Clay-heavy soils, heavy rains and hilly terrain call for careful work. We own and run our own excavation equipment, so we don’t wait on a rental or another subcontractor, and we guide you through the permits your project needs.

Who’s on your project

  • Aleks Razumovsky, owner. He personally manages every job.
  • Architect Alan Hess. Our long-time partner handles plans, drawings and permits when a project needs them.
  • Bill Marczewski, P.E., BSM Engineering. Structural engineering when a project needs it, billed separately by BSM Engineering.
  • Fixed pricing. After we see the project and agree on the scope, you get a fixed price with no hidden fees. We warranty our work.
