We work with long-time partners: architect Alan Hess handles plans, drawings and permits, and Bill Marczewski, P.E., of BSM Engineering provides structural engineering when a project needs it. We handle the excavation, foundation and framing ourselves, and owner Aleks Razumovsky personally manages every job.

Overview
One contractor from the ground up. Owner-managed from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
We dig with our own excavation equipment, pour the foundation and frame the structure ourselves. Many clients also use us for siding, windows and doors, drywall and flooring, so one contractor handles the job from the ground up.
After we see the site and agree on the scope, you get a fixed price with no hidden fees. We are mostly residential, with some light commercial.
