Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

Razumovsky Construction LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) builds, remodels, repairs and assesses homes in Portland and Lake Oswego, Oregon (Oregon CCB #182566). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit razumovskyconstruction.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to answer you and look after your project.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site, you send us the details you type in:

  • Contact form (Contact page): name, phone number, email address and your message.
  • “Leave a Request” form (home page): phone number and email address.

The form also records which page you sent it from. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your home or project.

Please don’t send sensitive information (such as financial account numbers) through the website forms.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours and the services that run it collect some technical information automatically:

  • Website analytics (Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit). We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (city or region level), what device and browser they use, how they found us, and whether a form was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies (for example, _ga cookies) to do this. We do not use it to identify you personally. For more, see Google’s page “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Security and performance (Cloudflare and our web host). Our site runs through Cloudflare, which protects it from spam and attacks and helps it load quickly. Cloudflare sets small, strictly necessary cookies (such as __cf_bm and _cfuvid) to tell real visitors from bots, and it processes your IP address to do so. Our web host may also set a short-lived cookie to confirm that a visitor is a person and not a bot. These cookies are not used for advertising.
  • Server logs. Like any website, our hosting and security providers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to run and secure the site.
  • Embedded content and code libraries. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and some pages load code libraries from a public content network (jsDelivr). When your browser loads these, the providers receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your request, schedule calls or site visits, and prepare estimates and paid assessments
  • To do the work you hire us for and keep records of our projects
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it
  • To keep our website secure and protected from spam
  • To meet legal, licensing, tax and insurance obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers that operate our website and communications, such as our web host, Cloudflare, Google (Analytics, Maps, and the email service that receives form messages), and our website plugins.
  • People working on your project (for example, a supplier, subcontractor or engineer), but only with your knowledge and only what they need for your job.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies won’t affect how the site works. Blocking Cloudflare’s security cookies may trigger extra “are you human?” checks. You can also use Google’s opt-out add-on mentioned above.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and project information only as long as we need them to respond to you, complete and support our work, and meet legal, tax, licensing and warranty-record requirements. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Analytics account.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, a security service in front of the site, strong passwords and two-factor sign-in for site administrators. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please contact us by phone if something is urgent or sensitive.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal or business reason such as an active project or tax records. Oregon residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, use the contact details below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

Our website is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as our Instagram and Facebook pages. Their privacy practices are their own. Please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
